Hi, I’m Grace Genzink!
Welcome! Genzink Property Services LLC is a business based out of Allegan, MI. What started as a passion for painting quickly turned into a dedicated business driven by quality craftsmanship, durability, and attention to detail.
While I specialize in commercial building exteriors—having completed projects across downtown Allegan to help local businesses boost their curb appeal—I also offer full interior painting services. From thorough surface prep and weatherproofing on the outside to crisp, clean coats on walls, trim, and ceilings on the inside, I focus on delivering long-lasting results for every property.
A Note on Booking & Availability:
My husband and I are overjoyed to be welcoming our first baby in May 2027! To give every project the dedicated focus it deserves while preparing for our growing family, I am accepting a limited number of painting jobs for spring and summer 2027. If you have an upcoming project—interior or exterior—I encourage you to reach out early to secure your spot on my schedule!
